ROUND 11 RESULTS

Partick Thistle 2-1 Queens Park
Aston Villa 1-0 Odense
Rosenborg 2-0 NAC Breda
VFB Stuttgart 1-0 Saturn Moscow Oblast (actually went to extra time and finished 3-0 however as stated before the regulation period score counts)

The website I get fixtures & results from http://www.soccerway.com did list Armed Forces v Super Reds from the S-League as being scheduled for Sunday – however there are no traces of the game having taken place- I can only assume it was postponed for whatever reason.

All results on this game are null and void – as Savage Sounds had used his joker for this one HE AND HE ALONE can use two jokers this week to compensate. Hope that’s OK with everyone!

Back to games based in the British Isles from now on I think!

Partick v Dunfermline (Scottish League Division One, Saturday 3pm)
Ross County v Dundee (Scottish League Division One, Saturday 3pm)
St Johnstone v Livingston (Scottish League Division One, Saturday 3pm)
Cowdenbeath v Annan Athletic (Scottish League Division Three, Saturday 3pm) [Annan playing their first ever senior league match]
Sligo v Cork City (Eircom League, Sunday 3pm)
UCD v St Patricks (Eircom League, Sunday 3pm)

This is the penultimate round - next week we will conclude with a "Super 10" round of fixtures all taken from the SPL and Coca-Cola Championship opening weekend.

I think the problem was that the Armed Forces full name is Territorial Armed Forces and as it was a weekend they were too busy fighting in a war to play football!
