Torchwood.

Is anyone else loving some home grown Sci Fi at the moment?

I'm so looking forward to Day 5 tonight. I love the mix of political intreague and coverup with the really creapy subject matter.

I've still to see the last 3 episodes of the last series of Torchwood  so I hope Watch, Gold BBC3/4 or anyone show it soon.

Yes, very good, though I'm not sure if that means it's the end for Torchywood. I think the last episode was always going to be difficult to make satisfying with all that build up, but a pretty good effort, and amazing to see it go on BBC1 in that fashion, but why not, Sarah Jane's there.

What an ending! I did have a tear in my eye and was gripped to the end. Poor Capt Jack. :(

Wasn't Martha Jones going to join Torchwood? I seem to remember reading it somewhere and the last episode of Dr Who suggested that also.

I do hope it's not the end of the road for Torchwood.

It was interesting that Gwen refered to the Doctor in her little video, I was wondering where the Doctor was when Earth needed saving this time, but, I guess he was so disgusted with the cover up from 1965, he thought it time the Earthlings sortred out their own mess.

I must admit I was so transfixed by Children of Earth I thought at one point I could understand how all those Americans were taken in when War of the Worlds was broadcast on American radio all those years ago.

Absolutely loved the mini-series. Episode 4 was my favourite and things really got going and they killed off Ianto! Yippeee.

They mentioned Martha being on her honeymoon. Glad she wasn't in it as it would have been even more like Doctor Who than it needed to be. Plus it gave Gwen the chance to be the hero.

I think the show has run its course now tbh. The actors are doing other projects already, so why carry on flogging? Besides with one spin-off out of the way we can have another Doctor Who one..."The Adventures of Moxx of Balhoon" starring Jimmy Vee as Moxxy and guest starring Vimmy Vee as Bannakaffalatta.
"I don't like The Bill, honest."

Remember to put a prediction in RED!!!
