Horne and Corden

Anyone else given the BBC3 show a chance? I've not watched Gavin and Stacey (apart from one ep) but I've seen plenty of each doing other things.

The first two eps were brilliant, especially the end of ep 1 with Johnny and Lee Miller.

Haven't watched this but as it is cool to hate these two I would like to jump on the band wagon and say it is rubbish.

Seriously though why the bbc have given this critcally panned, low rated series a second run and cancelled the popularish in comparison and sometimes funny Not Going Out is annoying and a possible indication in to the minds of tv exec types- they prefer young cool trendies to real showbiz grafters any day.

It's disgusting that Not Going Out has been cancelled, but why not have both and ditch shows like "I'm fat and living in the jungle" or "I'm the fatty at school" or "I only eat chips"? Get that sh*t off TV and let's have a laugh.

From what I hear those titles could also apply to Horne and Corden sketches as well as the BBC3 shows you were alluding to!

Good point though. Comedy is where its at. Just becomes reality crap is cheaper it doesnt mean the bbc should waste our money on it. Cut some of the big star's salaries and use the money from that I say!

I was really disapointed with this having seen both in other things and thought both were very good individually.

For me it just wasn't funny. I found it cringe worthy. It was like the pair had been given material others had turned down and thought their succucess thus far was enough to make it work.

I watched two to make sure it wasn't just one bad lot, but, unfortunately the second installment sucked too. :?
I'm not David Mitchell's Mom. I'd just like to adopt him. Nooo not David Mitchell the comedian. Little David Mitchell from Grange Hill Series Three!
