I'd signed up for the new Fantasy Football season the other day actually but I hadn't started a league yet as I was hoping someone else would step in and organize it before the season proper starts.... Which you just have! So cheers!

But yeah, if we all invite people along as usual and spread the code around there's no reason why Wilson's Super League shouldn't be bigger and better than ever!

Sutti's busy at the moment and can't get online but she says hi and that she'll definitely be joining the league again this season just as soon as she gets a spare minute!

I've noticed in my Fantasy League control panel that there's an option to renew last season's league (The Group of Death). So basically anyone who played in our league last year would automatically be put into the Group of Death again the minute they re-register on the main Fantasy League site. This would be really handy for getting people who we can't otherwise contact on board again. So I think I'm going to restart that league as well to run alongside your one Alberto! (hope this is OK - if not let me know and I'll scrap it)

EDIT: Just done it and we've instantly got 9 teams. Result!

Anyone else here in a league called Head to Head?

It's showing up in my league panel along with Wilson's Super League and the Group of Death but I didn't join it myself. Is this a new automatic league or something?

I am in the Head to Head league as well. Looks like you go up against other fantasy teams and its run like a league. Sounds great.

Its a good blend of quality, youth and goal scorers. Although there is no Liverpool or Chelsea players. Should put Lampard Jnr in really!

Nope, looks like last season's table's vanished for good now. Sutti's friend Hilary won our league by a mile anyway! Jeremy (Sutti's brother) was second, I was third, Sutti was fourth and Albert Toaster may well have been fifth. After that, I really don't know.

I've now renewed the Group of Death for 2009/10. Won't start inviting people properly for a week or two though as the season's still so far off. But of course, if anyone's reading this who wants to sign up, please - feel free! If you were in our league last season you'll automatically be put in it when you register - providing you use the same log-in details as last season. (The Head, you'll notice that The Group of Death will now have magically re-appeared in your list of leagues :lol:

)
