Gideon Coe played a Mummers song on his 6 Music show the other night. I nearly fell off my chair when I heard it!

Alphabeat and Basshunter...oh and the auditions for the X-Factor. They're made to make us laugh and feel better about our own poor singing stylings.

Secret Someones - Laura Veirs

Does anyone else find themselves with musical seasons? I always find myself listening to certain albums when autumn starts to come around and others only in summer.

I'm listening to Christmas songs with a view to making another Christmas CD this year. At the moment it's:

I must say I have been listening (or rather listening and watching) a lot Adam Ant on youtube lately! I did it to get in the mood for an 80s fancy dress party I was going to as Adam Ant. If I get enough requests then who knows, I might put the picture up of me dressed as the dandy highwayman!

I have been listening to a bit of "retro" from earlier on this century with "The Albulm". CD 1 is the best and its great to have on in the background if you're playing a computer game or doing the washing up.
